So, it's late of the A.M and I decided, just... on a whim (and also to appease the brain gremlins) the other week that like... hey, why not do a fun challenge in belarusian for the rest of the month? Also something seems to have gone strange in the text dislplay i am very sorry if this suddenly gets Strange
ANYWAYS about that! Thing! That challenge thing! All i really have to do is have 9,000 words by the end of it, so with when i started that's 500 a day. Soooo, about an hour of throwing nonsense spaghetti in belarusian at a wall and hoping it sticks. But BOY HOWDY did i not think this through because my current day-to-day schedule allows for a lot of lounging around time but it's also structured in such a way that if I get up late/get occupied over the afternoon i am just like. Fucked lol. Because then I have to catch up on things!!! And those things.............. they do not include writing.
But I can say it has actually been fun though, and I'm happy that after a little over a year of studying this wonderful language i can at lease make it make *some* sense. Not much though because I've been consistently tired. I don't know how to say "to dig" so I just made up a word that's like. "To hole" essentially. I may need more sleep for this...
Also I found belarusian wordle a few weeks back and its great i love it
...
So yea I forgot where I was going with this? But it's now almost one so I should stop writing here and start writing in my text file...

Still don’t hardly know what I’m doing on here, despite the fact that I’ve had the account for a couple months now. Funny how that works, huh?

behind on BSD by like, two episodes that I (clearly) haven’t gotten around to watching. Keeping up with things... is not my strong suit.
you may be wondering if I got the scarf done yet. The answer is — I did! About a week or two before it started getting warmer, but I still finished it. Hell scarf now lies in a pile on top of the unused dresser, waiting for colder weather.
with the new year came new language learning habits; I have reminders set up for most of the languages I’m actively learning, all set to end at some point next year. So what languages am I actually learning? Russian, mainly, korean, German, and kind of spanish. I say kind of because I’m mostly reviewing what I already know, but after that who knows what will happen? Spanish might get a reminder, too!
really hardcore into Russian though. It’s such a pretty language! Also my phone is now in russian so I have a harder time navigating it. It’s also in army time. Fun! Because... I don’t like doing the very basic math required to understand army time, therefore I’ve pretty much lost all sense of time past 12.
korean, I’m making an effort to learn, sortof. I’ve given myself about a year to learn what I can, and after that I can drop it if I wish (I probably will... reading things is Very Difficult still.) with German, I think I set the reminder just for the next few months, because despite how soft and pretty it sounds, and how much I like it, I’d prefer to stick with russian as my main “get fluent” language for now. 

I also have an indefinite reminder for guitar. Because I wish to learn how to actually play it instead of leaving it in the corner of my room and only taking it out and playing once every few weeks/months. I’ve only picked it up about three days consistently (yesterday was dnd so I didn’t) but I’m already noticing that it’s easier to play! Makes me wonder why I didn’t do this before, haha.
